The food is not bad and combos include milk tea or green milk tea, which I usually get or pay a bit extra for a different flavour bb tea. Their bubble tea is really good compared to the food. The portions are big. It can get busy during lunch times and the parking is limited. The 7-11 parking spots are for their clients only and the other shops in the complex have reserved parking.

I heard this complex will be closing down by the end of October 2019, so no more bb tea fixes for me while in the area.

TLDR: some things are better than others, can be very hit and miss. I've been a few times so I have a few recommendations:

The drinks have all been very good, and there is a deal past 9pm where you can get the bubble tea with the meals for cheap.

    What I liked:
    1) The fish with eggplant with rice. The dish comes with it's own separate pot kept warm by a candle. The fish portion is generous and the eggplants are well done. Lots of sauce to mix with the rice!!
    2) The black pepper chicken stir fry. The most was juicy and tender. The whole thing was strong and well seasoned.

    The not as good:
    1) The fried chicken steak on rice. The meat wasn't well seasoned, was dry, and the portion isn't very good. The best fried chicken steak I've had was at Corner 23 :)
    2) The build your own soup, chicken stock. I've just had better at deer garden.

I'm excited to try more of the rice dishes!!

Decent place for a late night dinner.
Arrived at E Tea around 8:50pm. Wasn't properly served until 9:10pm. The restaurant was pretty busy for a Thursday night but our server did her best to stay calm and get our order.

I recommend trying their deep fried squid tentacles and spicy chicken with rice. One note about the restaurant is that they don't accept credit card unless you're buying enough food equivalent to $25.

This is either going to be a good experience or not. They have good deals overall at different times so check the menu and see what they have

One option if you're looking for a restaurant that opens till late and offers light Taiwanese snacks.

I personally can't say the food is great but I can't say they are bad either. It's average. Ordered their popcorn chicken, beef noodle and their beef roll. I'd say the beef roll is the best among the three. Some of my friends said it's better than the one at Bubble World and some said it's not. The beef roll itself tasted sweeter(because of the sauce) compared to the other ones I had tried, which I personally like. Have not tried their bubble tea but will be back to try one.

Came here after a night of ultimate with my team. I got the Taiwanese sausage fried rice. The fried rice came in a very cool bowl which made the rice very appealing to begin with. But after I took the first few bites, I felt the rice was very oily and was mostly made or rice with very little toppings. There were very few Taiwanese sausage and they were cut into super small pieces. However, the service for this place was pretty good for a Asian restaurant, we came with a big group and they were able to sit us right away very quickly.
